What You'll Do
- Research and implement novel ML techniques for agent systems
- Design experiments and rigorous evaluation methodologies
- Publish findings at top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL)
- Bridge research insights with production engineering
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- PhD in CS/ML or equivalent research experience
- Track record of publications in ML/AI venues
- Strong PyTorch or JAX proficiency
- Experience with LLMs and transformer architectures
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to Have
- Experience with reinforcement learning
- Knowledge of cognitive science or neuroscience
- Open-source research contributions
- Industry research experience
